Annual Recertification
Expect an email around February 1st containing a link to complete your Annual Recertification. Once you receive it, our office will send you an updated Valuation within 2 weeks. Please be patient, as we receive a high volume of responses simultaneously, and it takes time for us to respond to each of you individually.

Annual Affidavits
Please log in to The Valley Home Store Online Portal to view the latest affidavit. If you need a physical copy of the Annual Recertification Affidavit, please contact our office.

No Short-Term Rentals
In order to own a Miller Ranch property, it must serve as your main residence and should not be utilized for business purposes. To learn more, please review the Deed Restriction, Miller Ranch Housing Guidelines, and Eagle County Affordable Housing Guidelines: Administrative Procedures for detailed information.

No Leave of Absence Restrictions
The Eagle County Affordable Housing Guidelines: Administrative Procedures offer the possibility of a one-year Leave of Absence, which serves as the sole rental option for property owners. However, this option necessitates approval from the Program Administrator, which is granted after fulfilling several specified conditions.
